Advance Payment:

Delivery Charges:

Please note that we utilize the services of a third-party courier for parcel delivery. As a result, separate delivery charges will apply to your order. The amount of delivery charges depends on the weight, size and quantity of your order.

Parcel Receipt and Communication:

We kindly ask you to ensure that someone is available at the specified address to receive the parcels and answer calls from the courier service rider. It is essential to avoid any parcel returns, as they result in significant losses in terms of delivery and return charges for us.

Recording Parcel Opening:

Upon receiving your parcel, we kindly request you to record a video of the parcel opening within 30 minutes. This video should be in a downloadable format so that we can share it with the courier service, if needed. In the unfortunate event of a damaged parcel, we assure you that we will fully compensate you. However, please note that any claims made after the specified time limit will not be acceptable.

Proof of Damage:

For any claims regarding damaged parcels, we require the video recording as proof. Claims without a video will not be entertained. Please understand that we do not offer returns or refunds for reasons other than damaged parcels.

Courier Service Complaints:

While we strive to ensure a positive customer experience, we would like to clarify that we cannot be held responsible for any misdeeds or shortcomings of the courier service. However, if you encounter any issues or have complaints regarding the courier service, we will assist you to the best of our ability.
